At PuppetHaus, returns and refunds are accepted only if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
To raise a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process, if required. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note: Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund.
