At PuppetHaus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns and refunds are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
A return and refund request may be considered only if the product received is:
* Damaged
* Defective
* Different from the product ordered
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To raise a claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. The video must show the sealed package before opening, the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits, and the issue with the product.
Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and documentation, if applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, where a return is required, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
* Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
* Products returned without their original packaging or with missing components, where applicable.
* Items specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
* Change of mind or personal preference.
* Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
* Claims that do not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
