At PuppetHaus customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

1.Products may be returned within 6 days from the date of delivery.
2.The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and documentation (if applicable).
3.Returns requested after the 6-day return period will not be accepted.

Refund policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

1.Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
2.Products returned without original packaging or missing components.
3.Any item specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
